The Residence Hall Federation (RHF) serves as the governing and programming body for Virginia Tech on-campus residents. RHF possesses one key mission, "to improve residence life in any manner possible." Our mission is carried out by the many volunteers who are committed to providing residents with a positive living/learning environment through legislation, programs, campus wide activities, and community service.
